Human Factors initial training
Online Course –
Prerequisits: Good understanding of English
Target group: All EASA Part M and Part 145-approved organizations personnel, and their subcontractors. Qualified mechanics who, within the scope of Parts M, 145 and 66 regulations, wish to extend their knowledge on the subject.
Program: • Generalities and introduction to Human Factors • Safety culture / organizational factors and SMS • Human errors • Human performance and limitations • Environment • Procedures, information, tools and their related use • Communication • Team work • Professionalism and integrity • Safety Management System awareness • Organization of the Human Factors and SMS approach • Case-studies based on real-life experiences • Experience feedback
Final Test: All trainees need to pass a final exam in order to complete the course.If a trainee fails for the first time, he/she will be given a second attempt at the exam. If a trainee fails twice, he/she will have to retake the entire course.
Certification: Once the trainee has passed the final exam, he/she will be provided with a e-Certificate that can be printed.

Human Factors recurrent training
Online Course –
Prerequisits: Personnel having attended an Initial training on Human Factors & SMS for less than two years.
Target group: All EASA Part M and Part 145-approved organizations personnel, and their subcontractors. Qualified mechanics who, within the scope of Parts M, 145 and 66 regulations, wish to extend their knowledge on the subject.
Objective: Understand the origins of errors, identify and avoid situations likely to generate human errors within one’s professional frame. Improve awareness of one’s physiological and psychological limits and the reliability and safety of all actors taking part in maintenance operations. Remain familiar with the Safety Management System (SMS) fundamentals.

Curso de factores humanos en aviación- Nuestro curso de Factores Humanos en Aviación está disponible en modalidad online y en Inglés.
Grupo destinatario: Todo el personal de las organizaciones homologadas por la AESA para la Parte M y la Parte 145, y sus subcontratistas. Mecánicos cualificados que, dentro del ámbito de aplicación de las normativas de las Partes M, 145 y 66, deseen ampliar sus conocimientos en la materia.
Programa: – Generalidades e introducción a los Factores Humanos – Cultura de seguridad / factores organizativos y SMS – Errores humanos – Actuación y limitaciones humanas – Entorno – Procedimientos, información, herramientas y su uso relacionado – Comunicación – Trabajo en equipo – Profesionalidad e integridad – Concienciación sobre el Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad – Organización del enfoque de Factores Humanos y SMS – Estudios de casos basados en experiencias reales – Retroalimentación de la experiencia.
Examen final: Todos los alumnos deben aprobar un examen final para completar el curso; si suspenden por primera vez, tendrán un segundo intento. Si suspende dos veces, tendrá que repetir todo el curso.
Certificación: Una vez aprobado el examen final, el alumno recibirá un certificado electrónico que podrá imprimir.
